Nicholas, often referred as Nick, is a major character in Tales On Harrison Rails. He is a Santa Fe locomotive based in Barstow that frequently hangs around Harrison.

Personality
Nicholas is a hardworking and dependable locomotive who enjoys pulling freight trains and acts as the voice of reason. Although he's usually friendly, he can get annoyed by his friends' shenanigans. However, he does have a sense of humor and can brighten up their day.
Nicholas is used to power freight trains on the mainline. He likes pulling trains at night, as the night air brightens him up. He even has an interest in eastern railroads including Conrail, N&W, PRR, and Seaboard.
